It
is our intent to establish a standard set of rules and professional
conduct under which all of our contractors are required
to adhere by. This 'Code of Ethics' will reflect fairness
to both the contractor and consumer.
- The
mncontractors.com golden rule is performing every job
to obtain 100% complete customer satisfaction.
- The
contractor will finish and complete any and all projects
in accordance with all standard industry practices.
- All
work will meet and exceed any required specific and technical
coding.
- All
work will be completed in a timely manner; downtime allowed
only with specific and agreeable explanations or acts
of God.
- All
contractors will work within their own technical competence
and area of expertise.
- All
contractors will pride themselves with professional attitude
and behavior while performing each job.
- Each
customers’ property will receive the utmost care
and respect and will be left as clean as we found them.
- Contracts,
plans, blueprints, and any specifications will be agreed
upon in advance and firmly adhered to by both the contractor
and consumer.
- All
contractors will stand behind their work and be responsible
for everything included in their warranties.
- Contractors
will perform all work in high consideration of environmental
consciousness and in accordance with all applicable safety
procedures.
- Contractors
will never attempt to use faulty or outdated equipment
or techniques not normally used in standard operating
procedures.
- All
contractors affiliated with this site will conform and
abide to all rules, guidelines and decisions made by the
mncontractors.com board of directors.
- Contractors
will never use deceptive or misleading advertisements
to promote their company or services.
- Callbacks
will be made in a timely manner from both the contractor
and the consumer, if unavailable for more than 48 hours
prior arrangements or notifications must be made.
- Contractors
or the decision maker of the company will make themselves
available to the customer during the process of the job
in order to answer any questions or complaints they may
have.
- Customers
will be asked to give mncontractors.com updates and analysis
of the contractor(s) they've hired from this site.
- Contractors
will pledge to never violate any of the points and references
made is this 'Code of Ethics'.
